The expanded new deck is great. The new food menu, not so great. They’ve replaced their classic hamburger with “smash” burgers. No way to get that done medium rare. I suppose they can hire less skilled line cooks and never again have to worry about a customer complaining that their burger was not done the way they ordered it. May have to make our future “after hike” lunch stops at the Lube Room.

Review of Restaurant at Lake Alpine Lodge. We have been coming here since 2010 and it must be under new management. The deck is completely rebuilt, service was fast (order inside and they bring the food to your table) and the food was great!

I didn't stay here but I passed by it a hundred times while I'm camping up there. The camp store is nice. The facilities look decent. A little pricey but of course it's convenience. Pricing so what do you expect? Beautiful lake dog friendly area. Plan ahead. I'm pretty sure it's hard to get reservations like it is with camping

You can't get closer to the lake unless you're on a boat. Lake Alpine Lodge is the go-to place for good good, post fishing Ice and snacks. Staff is always friendly. We've rented boats there for years as well. Always a great time.

Great location right off the highway. Everything is paved. Perfect for a low-maintenance day trip. The restaurant makes great food and the lodge market is within 5 minutes of every campsite. Unfortunately, Day use parking spaces run out pretty fast. Kayak rental prices are a bit steep, but an excellent back-up plan the one day that we forgot to pack essential gear for our kayak.

This place has the best accommodations this high up the mountain. This lake is the best. Very low speed limit = few motorized craft ie great for swimming, fishing, SUP, kayak, AND canoeing. The peaceful setting is the reason to visit here. If you love Lake Alpine, tell your friends to visit white pines

We camped nearby, at Silvertip Campground andonly came here to get dinner. I recommend the Lavendar Margarita and the fish n' chips. Both were excellent - best fish-and-chips I've found in a long time. The Genrral Store is quaint too.

They've done some upgrades the past few years, and the lodge looks great, but the prices are very high. Also, there is now a $5 day use fee for the lake, and the nightly camping price for the 3 campsite locations is ridiculous. We paid $108 for 3 nights in the backpackers camp! Still a beautiful place.
